When I was printing my final design for the glitch set of astronauts, I had a sudden thought just as I was about to clean my screen. That thought was to see if the colour smudge effect would work over a line based design rather than a shape based. The result did surprise me. Using the same colour combination of pink and blue I created a colour smudge line based astronaut design. After seeing this I was conflicted as to wether the smudge effect works better than the glitch effect. So my next plan of action was to create the same set of five astronauts but using the marbled process and then choose what makes a more effective and visually pleasing set of prints.
